MAKE YOUR OWN AUTOMATIC SANITIZER DISPENSER AT HOME

We are facing the worst pandemic of the decade and till now we don't even have a vaccination to this.
Yes, I am talking about the Corona/ COVID-19 virus attack, cases are increasing rapidly in India. The only way this time to be safe is to be at home and wash or sanitize your hands frequently. During this lockdown, I and my sir made an automatic sanitizer dispenser for the office, and the cost of the dispenser is way less than the automatic dispenser available in the market.

Materials and components required:-

 ðŸ”¯ Submersible Pump
 ðŸ”¯ Infrared / Proximity sensor
 ðŸ”¯ TIP 32C PNP transistor
 ðŸ”¯ 1Kohm Resistor
 ðŸ”¯ USB cable
 ðŸ”¯ 5V Mobile Charger Adaptor
 ðŸ”¯  Bottle or Can
 ðŸ”¯  Plastic Pipe Tube
ðŸ”¯  Male / Female connecting Wires

Above are the materials required for making your own dispenser at home. Most of them are available online on many websites. We ordered it from amazon.in and you can try other websites and the components price and availability may differ according to the region or area.

Wiring and Connection:-  Starting From the USB cable, Take an USB cable Cut the other end of the cable as we only want USB 2.0A, strip down the insulator you will find two-wire in the USB cable RED and BLACK. Now take the Red cable and join it to Emitter pin of TIP32 Transistor and carry out the same connection further to the VCC terminal of Infrared sensor, also known as a Proximity sensor. Further, connect a wire to the OUT (OUTPUT) terminal of the Infrared sensor and connect it to one end of the 1K ohm resistor and connect the other end of the resistor to the base pin of the TIP32. Now moving ahead make the ground of submersible pump, USB and sensor common, connect a wire to GND (ground) terminal of the sensor, and connect the wire to black wire of the pump and the only cable left from USB, Then connect a wire from Middle pin C of the transistor to red cable of the pump.

Refer to the diagram below which shows the proper connection of wires.

How to specify the Base B, Collector C, Emitter E pin of the transistor, Looking at the transistor from the front there is a notch on the transistor, starting from the notch the very first pin from the notch is the B and the second pin is C and the last pin is E. Refer the image below

Now after done with connection take your pump and attach a pipe to pump then take a plastic or glass bottle, if the bottleneck is big enough that the pump goes inside then dip the pump or cut down a hole in the upper portion of the bottle so that the pump passes through, bring the other end of pipe out of the bottleneck so it can dispense the material the submersible pump will pump-out and you are done you have made your own Sanitizer dispenser. You can adjust the sensing range of the Infrared with the regulator given on the infrared sensor

Below is the Images of Sanitizer dispenser I have made use of your creativity for you and make a good Sanitizer dispenser.

"The Tatva India" Origin and Journey

"The Tatva India: A Journey of Empowerment and Cultural Preservation"   India, the land of diverse cultures and traditions, has always been a melting pot of different communities and beliefs. However, with the increasing pace of modernization and globalization, many of these rich cultural legacies have been lost or forgotten. This is where "The Tatva India" comes into the picture. In this blog, we will delve into the story of how "The Tatva India" was born and what it stands for. The Tatva India was founded in 2020 with a vision to preserve and promote the rich cultural heritage of India. The founders, who had a passion for their country's history and traditions, noticed that there was a growing gap between the younger generation and their cultural roots. This led them to start "The Tatva India," a platform that aimed to bridge this gap by educating people about the rich cultural heritage of India. The Tatva India started as a small blog and ...

WANT TO BUY A BICYCLE? BUT LOW ON BUDGET? THIS ONE'S FOR YOU

Love Cycling and planning to purchase a new bicycle, but confused about where to buy a cheap one? I am here to clear your confusion and will also suggest some sites from where can crack a deal and get your bicycle at an affordable rate.   ONLINE Market vs OFFLINE Market:- For buying a bicycle people often prefer a bicycle shop which may cause extra cost, but when you search the same bicycle online, then you may notice a price difference because the dealers add courier charges and assembling charges to it. I too wanted a bicycle at cheap rates, so I too preferred a local dealer. First, I wanted to buy a used second-hand cycle; the dealer priced an Avon cycle for Rs.2200 which was not so good, and for the new Single Speed bicycle the fixed rate ranging from 5,500 - 8,000Rs, the Geared bicycle was above 8K. Then I went to Famous Cycle dealer Track and Trail, which is a dealer company by Hercules cycles and their brands. They had a dealership of many branded cycle companies like Montra...
